By accessing, downloading, installing, creating an account for, or using BuildBillRX (the "Service"), you ("User," "you," or "Contractor") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
BuildBillRX is a field service management platform for independent contractors and small businesses. The Service includes tools for job management, client management, estimates, invoices, expense tracking, mileage logging, contract signing, and AI-assisted business insights ("Ask Rex").
3.1 All financial data, reports, summaries, profit/loss calculations, expense categorizations, and other outputs are provided for informational purposes only. They are generated solely from data you enter and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
3.2 The "Ask Rex" AI feature uses artificial intelligence to analyze your business data. AI outputs are not financial, tax, accounting, legal, or professional advice. They may contain errors, hallucinations, or omissions. You must not rely on them for any decision-making.
3.3 Any references to IRS mileage rates or tax deductions are general estimates only. Always consult a qualified tax professional or attorney.
3.4 RX Digital LLC disclaims all responsibility for any decisions, actions, or losses resulting from your use of or reliance on the Service.
The Service integrates with Clerk (authentication), Plaid (bank connectivity), Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage), and other third-party providers. RX Digital LLC is not responsible for the performance, security, or availability of any third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
Plaid provides read-only access to your financial accounts. We do not store your banking credentials. You may revoke access at any time through the App settings.
All invoice payments are processed by Stripe. RX Digital LLC does not store credit card information. Stripe's terms and PCI-compliant systems govern payment processing, refunds, and disputes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RX DIGITAL LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100.00).
IN NO EVENT SHALL RX DIGITAL LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data you enter into the Service. We are not responsible for verifying your data or ensuring the accuracy of any reports or outputs.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, row-level security, and authenticated API access. However, no system is completely secure. RX Digital LLC is not liable for breaches or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data as described therein.
Paid subscriptions are billed automatically via Stripe on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through the App; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued. Upon cancellation or termination, we may retain your data for 30–90 days and then delete it unless you request an export. Crew/team member access is tied to the owner subscription and will be disabled upon cancellation or downgrade.

The Service, including all software, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, technology, and content (excluding your data), is owned by RX Digital LLC and protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for your own internal business purposes during an active subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works of the Service.
You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant RX Digital LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, copy, display, and transmit your data as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
RX Digital LLC may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 11. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service. Sections 7, 13, 15, 17, 18, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive will continue in effect. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Maricopa County, Arizona, under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, solely for the purpose of enforcing any arbitration award or if arbitration is deemed unenforceable.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least ten (10) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RX DIGITAL LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RX Digital LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your data or content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RX Digital LLC regarding the Service. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
